Role Summary

The Associate Designer supports the design team with a primary focus on technical design and product execution, ensuring garments are developed accurately from concept through production. This role works closely with Design, Production, and Fit teams to maintain quality, consistency, and timelines, while providing design support as needed.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain technical packages including construction details, bill of materials, trims, and artwork details
Produce and update flat sketches and technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator
Collaborate closely with Design, Fit, Production, and Sourcing teams to support smooth product development
Provide design support as needed, including color cards, CAD updates, artwork placement, trims, etc.
Maintain organized seasonal files

Qualifications

DEC in Fashion Design
2 years of technical design experience
Experience in apparel, sleepwear, and/or intimates
Knowledge of garments and fabrics
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multitask environment
Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite: Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Organized, creative, meticulous, and a team player
Experience with CLO Design, an asset
Bilingual (English & French)
