Associate Designer

Role Summary
The Associate Designer is an entry-level role supporting the execution of visual design across global marketing and brand initiatives. The role assists senior creative team members by preparing a variety of design and layout projects for multiple media types and languages, plus some administrative and project management duties.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day design tasks and deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support senior designers and cross-functional partners with creative projects across print, digital, social, video, experiential, PPT, and more
- Work within defined timelines and reliably meet deadlines
- Assist in photo and video stock research
- Seek guidance, incorporate feedback, and operate with oversight
- Prepare production-ready files and assist with versioning, resizing, and asset organization
- Conduct research on global trending design topics and regional markets
- Manage and maintain asset libraries on server and milanote
- Deploy files to internal teams and external agencies
- Produce design deliverables in multiple EMEA languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Early-career or junior-level designer with foundational skills in visual design, layout, and digital production
- Open to new graduates with internship experience
- Familiarity with modern design tools with desire to grow technical and conceptual capabilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- After Effects/Premier Pro knowledge desirable but not critical
- AI knowledge and interest a plus
- Interest in social media trends
- Infographic and illustration skills a plus
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and design systems
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Clear and professional communication skills
