Product Designer – MarKov, Acctivate, Food Connex

About the RolAe
The Product Designer will support CAI’s MarKov, Acctivate, and Food Connex products, focusing on ERP and supply chain workflows across Process manufacturing. The role partners with Product and Engineering to design scalable, intuitive experiences for operations, inventory, compliance, and financial workflows. Success is measured through usability, adoption, and consistent design patterns across products.

Experience
5–8 years total experience
4+ years designing SaaS or ERP products

Tech Stack & Tools

• Figma (advanced components, variants, auto-layout)
  • Design systems and component-based UI design
  • Frontend awareness: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React-based UIs
  • Data-heavy UX patterns: tables, dashboards, workflows
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Analytics awareness (Pendo, GA, or similar)
  • Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Aha!)
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Required:
• Experience designing ERP or operational SaaS products
• Strong UX for inventory, order management, and compliance workflows
• Ability to translate complex business rules into simple UI
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:
• Manufacturing, food & beverage, or supply chain domain experience
• Experience working across multiple products in a portfolio
