Role Summary

Design and refine UX for Arize’s LLM platform, making complex tools intuitive and delightful for technical users. Combine design and coding skills to improve UI experiences, working end-to-end on product interaction, usability, and interface polish.

Responsibilities

Own the 'feel' of the product end to end
Identify pain points by watching user sessions in Fullstory
Conduct user research and feedback collection
Prototype interaction alternatives in Figma or code to test approaches
Create, refine, and iterate on UX flows and interaction patterns
Work closely with senior engineers to perfect product interfaces
Run usability tests to validate improvements
Build reusable interaction patterns for team use
Pair with engineers to refactor complex forms and flows
Implement smooth transitions and inline guidance

Qualifications

Experience improving product interaction and UX refinement
Familiarity with design systems and animation libraries
Experience using feedback collection tools and incorporating feedback into designs
Proficient in Figma prototyping
Attention to edge cases, loading and empty states
Experience with complex tools (dev tools, data tools, B2B SaaS)
Experience building or contributing to design systems
