Role Summary
The Email Designer will consult directly with enterprise e-commerce clients, designing high-performing email campaigns and driving product adoption using LTV.ai's platform. This client-facing role is central to showcasing how AI and design accelerate results for top brands.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary design resource for top enterprise accounts
- Consult with brand teams on email creative strategy and execution
- Design promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, and AI-generated content
- Partner with clients to translate brand guidelines and goals into email designs
- Bridge client feedback to the product team to enhance platform capabilities
- Build reusable templates, design systems, and best-practice libraries
- Educate clients on email design best practices and deliverability
- Remove creative bottlenecks to increase platform adoption
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales on onboarding, expansion, and retention
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years designing emails for e-commerce brands (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio of e-commerce email campaigns and flows
- Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and retention channels
- Proficiency in email design tools (Figma, etc.) with mobile-first experience
- Comfortable presenting concepts and engaging VP/C-suite stakeholders
- Experience with AI-driven design workflows
- Experience working with large-scale DTC or omni-channel brands a strong plus
- Strong ownership mentality and action orientation
