Role Summary

The Fashion Designer – Intimates will help drive seasonal product direction for PENN., translating trend research, fabric innovation, and fit expertise into high-quality, inclusive intimates assortments focused on comfort, support, and wearability.

Responsibilities

Research and forecast fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends to define seasonal design direction
Translate global and market trends into innovative intimates collections
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and product strategies for assortment planning
Collaborate with Merchandising, Technical Design, Product Development, and Sourcing
Lead and collaborate on seasonal color direction, prints, and artwork development
Create and oversee technical sketches for design integrity
Participate in fit sessions and product reviews to ensure standards are met
Stay informed on competitor landscape, fabric innovation, and consumer insights

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field
Minimum 5 years of apparel design experience, preferably in intimates or close-to-body categories
Knowledge of intimates construction, materials, and fit requirements
Highly creative with strong fashion perspective and trend intuition
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and design development tools
Bilingual French and English
