Description:
We are seeking a visual arts teacher to join a dynamic and collaborative high school art department. This is a full-time tenure track position.
Requirements:
- NJ Teacher of Art Certification
- Familiarity with a variety of 2D and 3D art forms, including drawing and crafts.
- Knowledge of ceramics and kiln operation.
- Ability to provide a positive student-centered learning environment for students of varied artistic backgrounds.
- Ability to use technology as an instructional tool in a 1-to-1 environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively to design student learning activities and assessments.
- Knowledge of Art History and AP Studio Art a plus
Rate:
$61,695 - $107,175
