Game Designer

Role Summary
The Game Designer will be a key contributor to the core gameplay experience for Angry Birds Bounce and other projects, blending cozy progression with action-driven phases, crafting levels, tuning progression, and designing gameplay modifiers.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of the Action Phase, focusing on level content and pacing
- Help design varied gameplay modifiers and secondary modes
- Ensure synergy between meta-game and action gameplay for a cohesive player journey
- Use Unity to implement, tweak, and polish game elements
- Participate in team playtests, brainstorms, and feedback sessions during office days
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Game Design or Level Design (professional or strong indie portfolio considered)
- Hands-on experience using Unity for game content creation
- Passion for pure gameplay and engaging mobile experiences via mechanics and progression rather than aggressive IAP
- Ability to articulate ideas through clear design specs and maintain balance spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with feedback and collaboration
