Position Overview: The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing creative and impactful graphic designs to support the sales department and various company-wide graphic initiatives. This role involves managing design projects, coordinating details, and assisting in the creation of custom signage, graphics, and event decor. The Graphic Designer will work alongside other design teams and assist in maintaining department supplies and equipment.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching graphics for events using Mac-based software (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality designs that align with event goals
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Maintain project files and manage the flow of graphic production
  • Assist in preparing visual instructions and pull sheets for production teams
  • Participate in meetings with sales and production teams to plan design concepts
  • Maintain equipment and supplies within the graphics department

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design (BS or BFA)
  • Prior experience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong conceptual design skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
  • Experience with large-scale designs is a plus
  • Ability to work well with others in a team.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
