Job Summary

MasTec Utility Services is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong marketing and brand background to support internal and external brand strategy across our power delivery and infrastructure businesses. This role partners closely with senior leadership and business development teams to create high-impact visual content that supports growth initiatives and positions MasTec as the #1 power delivery contractor and leading infrastructure development company.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited for a designer who can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, executive-level visuals.

• Design client-facing materials including presentations, capability statements, and proposals
• Design internal materials for strategic business and financial reporting to executive leadership enabling clear and impactful communication
• Develop marketing and brand assets for social media, digital campaigns, and corporate communications
• Support event branding for trade shows, conferences, client events, signage, and displays
• Ensure consistent application of MasTec brand standards across all materials
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership and business development across multiple power delivery sectors
• Create infographics, diagrams, and visual narratives to support strategic pursuits
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a marketing or brand focus
• Proven experience creating client-facing and executive-level materials
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, presentation design, and marketing collateral
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, construction, energy, utilities, or power delivery
• Familiarity with proposal development environments
• Experience supporting business development or sales teams
• Digital and social media design experience
