The Position: At Showpo, our Designers play a key role in bringing the brand to life across every touchpoint. They create visually compelling designs that capture our brand identity and connect with our community - from digital assets for social media, email marketing, and our website, to print collateral and event creative. Day to day, you will:

Use the principles of design and think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts that maximise revenue and/or conversions, meeting business objectives.

Prepare drafts and pitch ideas to the team, deliver on those ideas and be prepared to rework creative output where ever required.

Suggest and own strategies and concepts that deliver a clear message to our target audience.

Concept strong & commercial creative ideas aligned with creative briefs & brand guidelines

Select colours, images, text style, and layout in accordance with our branding guidelines.

Design and produce material weekly for EDMs, e-commerce website, social media platforms & digital ads, from concept to delivery, that position the company as fashionably fun and aspirational.

Maintain consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring designs align with Showpo’s tone and style.

Coach and work closely with our Graphic Designer

Provide input on design direction and contribute fresh ideas to keep Showpo’s creative output innovative and on-trend.

Create motion image design content for social media creative & ecommerce, including social ads and video homepage updates

Concept & edit video content for campaign launches and social media

Who are you?

2 years+ experience  in a Graphic Design role

Qualification in Graphic Design or similar

Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality 

Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

The ability to identify with the Showpo girl - her interests, needs, wants

Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign &/or Premier Pro

Video Editing experience highly advantageous
