Role Summary
The Graphic Designer creates and produces visual marketing materials that reflect the brand's image and style to drive hotel revenue. This role collaborates with marketing managers and operational teams for project design and conceptualization. Responsible for executing various aspects of production and maintaining project files and communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials such as advertisements, collateral, signage, electronic brochures, and presentations
- Partner with marketing managers and operational departments for project deliverables
- Develop appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event collateral
- Monitor progress of all projects and maintain project files and archives
- Provide continuous communication to Marketing and project team regarding project status
- Execute production aspects including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and layout
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Graphic Design
- 3 to 5 years Graphic Design experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
