Position Overview

The Graphic Designer (Graphic Artist I) creates and prepares visual assets used in marketing campaigns, product development, and commercial print projects. This role combines creative design work with production preparation to ensure files meet professional print and digital standards.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Design & Production

Design marketing materials, product artwork, and visual assets for print and digital use.
Create layouts and concepts that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
Prepare artwork files to meet production specifications for lithographic, photographic, and digital output.
Apply strong typography, layout, and color principles to deliver high-quality creative work.

Client & Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and product designs.
Collaborate with internal teams and commercial clients to create or modify custom products.
Communicate project updates and ensure alignment with production schedules and deadlines.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Prioritize work based on production schedules and changing project needs.
Maintain organized project files and archive completed work.

Creative Development

Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Participate in training opportunities to strengthen design and production skills.
Share knowledge and ideas to support team creativity and workflow improvements.
