Role Summary
The Graphic Designer for the PENN. Penningtons brand helps shape and elevate the brand’s visual identity across digital, social, e-commerce, and print. The role works within a fashion-driven creative team and in-house photo studios to deliver impactful and cohesive content, with an emphasis on modern digital media.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative concepts and visually striking content reflecting the brand's DNA across digital, social, e-commerce, and print
- Collaborate on concept development and translate ideas into assets for various marketing platforms
- Lead flat-lay product photography to support brand storytelling across channels
- Capture and edit video content for social media, campaigns, e-commerce, and presentations
- Refine layouts, compositions, typography, color palettes, formats, and messaging
- Work with Creative Director and Art Direction team to deliver brand-aligned creative
- Experiment with fashion-forward creative directions, including AI tools
- Stay informed on fashion, retail, and digital content trends through research and store visits
Qualifications
- CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in branding, fashion, or retail
- Strong creative, conceptual, and typographic skills with digital design sensibility
- Experience shooting, producing, and editing video content
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar), including AI tools
- Bilingual (French & English) for vendor collaboration outside Quebec
