Role Summary

The Graphic Designer conceptualizes and produces online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, collaborating closely with clients and project management teams to deliver innovative, brand-consistent visual solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce collateral for marketing and sales, including campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Work with clients and project management teams to understand business needs.
  • Develop multimedia campaign concepts and render designs.
  • Design and produce a range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral.
  • Create fresh and innovative design solutions for different formats and media channels.
  • Manage client expectations about design deliverables, limitations, and restrictions.
  • Ensure brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design.
  • Execute creative requests and projects ensuring high standards and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on own and others’ work.
  • Interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.
  • Use equipment and supplies cost-efficiently.
  • Adhere to company and client site policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the graphic design industry
  • Excellent design knowledge and application
  • Exceptional visual troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to storyboard and comp visual ideas
  • Good understanding of layout principles, design concepts, and typography
  • Experience creating campaigns and extending look and feel through various materials
  • Ability to work under tight schedules and strict layout controls
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
  • Web design experience is a plus
  • Experience in agency or corporate environment preferred
  • Motivated, organized, flexible
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Independent decision-making within business needs and policy
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as needed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
