Graphic Designer, Operations & Technology Transformation

Role Summary

The Graphic Designer will create and execute visual design standards to support technology policy changes and product updates for NBCUniversal's Operations & Technology organization, ensuring clear, engaging, and on-brand content across multiple media types.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive visual designs meeting organizational standards
• Translate complex information into user-friendly visual content
• Bring creativity to IT technology communications
• Evaluate and improve existing content
• Collaborate with technical experts and cross-functional teams
• Create engaging visual content for communications such as email banners, digital signage, presentation slides, and print signage
• Deliver high-quality design work efficiently
• Design templates following brand guidelines with the communications team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (including presentation deck examples)
• Strong proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint preferred)
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
• Expert understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex subject matter
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Experience in digital design, UI/UX principles, and video production (desired)
• Experience designing for executive/c-suite customers (desired)
• Awareness of latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work (desired)
• Experience working with technical leads to improve user experience and create technical visuals (desired)
