Graphic Designer, RFP and Pitch Proposals

Role Summary
The Graphic Designer leads the creation of visually compelling, client-focused RFP and pitch materials to drive new business. This role collaborates with the RFP Project Manager and stakeholders to deliver high-impact storytelling, cohesive themes, and consistent, research-driven design across proposals.
Responsibilities
- Design RFP and pitch proposal materials
- Support the RFP Project Manager throughout the RFP and pitch process
- Create overall RFP/pitch themes with innovative design approaches
- Design PowerPoint presentations with input from project and client teams
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Receive and provide constructive design feedback
- Ensure alignment to visual identity and guidelines in all materials
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices for proposals
- Align RFP and pitch materials to client needs and industry demands
- Conduct research on companies and industries for visual customization
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in formatting and design through peer review
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional services industry (risk & insurance or human capital preferred), client management, or related field
- Proven portfolio with strong visual design skills and client-ready presentations
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of RFP proposals and content development
- Effective interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in numerical analysis and organizational skills
- Passion for visually impactful presentations and proposal designs
- Ability to represent data and infographics visually
- Strong information design and data visualization skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a self-driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with technical product/industry content and translating it into design
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and planning skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software (InDesign, Loopio, PowerBI)
- Ability to work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment
