Purpose of the Job 

The Integrated Designer is responsible for developing and executing creative concepts based on briefs, effectively interpreting client design specifications and layouts, and producing production-ready files and outputs. This includes presentation deck design, data visualization, static and motion digital content, print materials, image manipulation, comp retouching, and quality inspection.

The ideal candidate must have a strong eye for design, data visualization, and the ability to bring presentations to life. They should possess proven design and layout skills across digital, print, and motion platforms. A keen attention to detail, adherence to brand and legal guidelines, and solid knowledge of print and digital specifications are essential. The candidate must also be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The Integrated Designer works efficiently and collaborates as needed within a team of designers to meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• A presentation specialist and graphic designer who can follow brand guidelines and also create custom templates and clear data visualizations for impactful presentations.
• Demonstrates a high level of presentation layout accuracy and a natural eye for design
• Develops design concepts from creative briefs under Lead Designer or Art Director supervision
• Understands how to interpret and execute on the strategy of a creative brief
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to present concepts to Lead Designer/Art Director
• Executes advanced skills in layout, building mechanicals, typography, and asset management
• Proofreads copy revisions and inspects layout accuracy and document structure. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and ensures quality control across copy, file production, and finishing.
• Creates final production files for retail POS, Print and OOH using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Inspects and pre-flights all file elements including image resolution, file integrity and proper set-up
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google WorkSpace.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Mac OS, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Reports deviations in job deadlines and proposes solutions to Team Leads or Supervisors
• Reviews daily schedule to understand daily requirements
• Ensures file is compliant with brand guidelines, legal mandatories and copy decks
• Assists the Art Director, Lead Designer or Studio Manager on assignments as requested 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of design, concept development, presentation template and deck design, data visualization, illustration, print, static digital production, motion graphics animation, and video editing experience.
• Strong typography skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in mechanical assembly; comp retouching skills are a plus
• Ability to craft compelling visual narratives is a strong advantage
• Prepress and print production processes is preferred
• Experience in a creative agency environment is preferred
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• A responsive and cooperative team player
