Integrated Designer

Role Summary

The Integrated Designer will manage and produce design concepts through full artwork stages across a variety of media, ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency within brand guidelines. The role involves close client collaboration and proactive project management.

Responsibilities

• Work on print, digital, social, sales materials, and in-store media
• Present work and take feedback directly from clients
• Build trust to produce better work and drive success
• Work across design conception and content creation
• Bring client ideas to life

Qualifications

• Ability to produce high quality work within brand guidelines and timeframe
• Responsible for creative briefs and client liaison on allocated jobs
• Advanced skills in Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; HTML is a plus
• 3+ years’ experience in design, equally comfortable with print and digital
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite 5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, MS Office, especially PPT)
• Rich portfolio of relevant work examples: digital, PPT decks, collateral, icons, infographics, brochures
• Hands on and enjoy working with a team
• Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding with a track record of success
• Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over designs in a collaborative, low-ego team
• Curiosity, creativity, and ambition
• Ability to take projects from concept to completion; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ensure final deliverables exceed design and production requirements and expectations
