Role Summary
The Multimedia Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce various multimedia projects that effectively communicate Modera's brand message and engage its target audience, supporting both digital and print marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in design reviews, creative briefs, and team meetings
- Conceptualize and develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations for presentations, reports, and the website
- Design and produce digital content such as social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and ad layouts
- Design and produce print-focused marketing materials including brochures, reports, newsletters, and event signage
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and pitch books
- Produce and edit video content for various platforms
- Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines across platforms
- Manage content and collateral library
- Stay informed of digital marketing and social media trends
- Execute project plans in Asana to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, UI/UX design, or a related field
- Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar UI/UX tools is a plus
- Experience with video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
- Familiarity with digital content creation for web, social, mobile, and email platforms
- Photography and videography skills are a plus
- Experience with project management tools (Asana) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly professional and able to work well across departments
- Organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, service-oriented, and able to multitask
- Personable, warm, engaging and supports a team environment
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
