Role Summary
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia content to communicate Modera's brand and engage its target audience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in design reviews, creative briefs, and team meetings
- Conceptualize and develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations
- Design and produce digital content (social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, ad layouts)
- Design and produce print materials (brochures, reports, newsletters, white papers, event signage)
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and pitch books
- Produce and edit video content for various platforms
- Maintain brand guidelines and manage content library
- Monitor digital marketing and social media trends
- Execute project plans in Asana to support business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or relevant area
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, UI/UX design, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar UI/UX tools (plus)
- Video editing platform experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) (plus)
- Familiarity with digital content creation across web, social, mobile, and email platforms
- Photography and videography skills (plus)
- Project management experience (Asana) (plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly professional team player, able to work across departments
- Organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, and service-oriented
- Personable, supportive of team environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
