Multimedia Designer

Role Summary

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing multimedia content to communicate Modera's brand and engage its target audience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design reviews, creative briefs, and team meetings
• Conceptualize and develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations
• Design and produce digital content (social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, ad layouts)
• Design and produce print materials (brochures, reports, newsletters, white papers, event signage)
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations and pitch books
• Produce and edit video content for various platforms
• Maintain brand guidelines and manage content library
• Monitor digital marketing and social media trends
• Execute project plans in Asana to support business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or relevant area
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, UI/UX design, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar UI/UX tools (plus)
• Video editing platform experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) (plus)
• Familiarity with digital content creation across web, social, mobile, and email platforms
• Photography and videography skills (plus)
• Project management experience (Asana) (plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly professional team player, able to work across departments
• Organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, and service-oriented

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
