Role Summary

Own end-to-end product design for developer-facing tools, workflows, and AI agent experiences, helping grow and evolve Synthflow AI’s product identity and user experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of product design for workflows, dev tooling, and AI agent experiences
Translate technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Collaborate with founders, engineers, and product leaders to ship and iterate rapidly
Move projects forward with a bias toward action
Conduct lean user research, testing, and customer feedback to validate designs
Shape and evolve the design system and product identity as the company scales

Qualifications

3+ years of product design experience, owning shipped products from idea to launch
Startup background, preferably early or founding Product Designer
Proven experience designing developer-facing tools, workflows, automation, or AI agent products
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and scrappy execution
Strong balance of UX, UI, and product thinking with portfolio demonstrating craft and speed
Technical fluency with JSON, APIs, traces, and logs; able to design for technical users
