Senior Brand-Led Digital Designer

Role Summary
Shape and evolve sophisticated brand and digital systems for an impressive portfolio of large, global B2B and professional services organizations, championing brand-led digital UX/UI design in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and create brand-led digital communications, including responsive websites and campaign creative
- Develop user-focused design solutions aligned with client and business objectives
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and developers to maintain brand and creative excellence
- Support, mentor, and inspire junior designers
- Present work and articulate design rationale to senior stakeholders
- Pitch ideas and lead client workshops
- Manage multiple projects with strong commercial acumen
- Contribute to R&D, team insights, and thought leadership sessions
- Defend design decisions, demonstrating strategic thinking
- Stay current with design trends and industry standards
- Actively contribute to new business development and team initiatives
Qualifications
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS
- Track record creating cohesive brand identities across digital and print, ideally for large-scale B2B, corporate, or professional services
- Strong UI design skills with understanding of UX principles (user flows, journeys, typography, layout)
- Experience in agency or in-house with global, complex B2B clients
- Exceptional attention to detail meeting creative, commercial, and technical standards
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to lead client conversations
- Proactive, innovative approach to tackling design challenges
