Role Summary

The Senior Designer will create beautiful, innovative, and effective digital content for websites, e-commerce, and social media, working closely with leading brands in the Mumbai office across multiple categories. The role involves managing the full design lifecycle, conceptualising new ideas, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Produce innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels
Responsible for full design lifecycle from concept to execution
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and client’s marketing strategy
Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
Oversee and manage the preparation of finished files to correct output specifications

Qualifications

Passion for design and conception
Strong affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation
Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion
Consistent record of delivering design projects within agreed deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent experience collaborating with clients during kick-off
Confident in bringing innovative ideas and creativity to projects
Strong client liaison and relationship-building skills
Efficient organisation and prioritisation of workloads
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
Understanding of UX, UI, and responsive design trends (ideal but not essential)
Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus
On- and offline design experience with emphasis on digital
Mid-level retouching experience
Expertise in beauty and BPC brands
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment
Passionate, inspiring, and self-motivated creative
Aptitude for learning new software and programmes efficiently
Collaborative, open-minded team player
Discrete with confidential and personal information
Driven, proactive, enthusiastic team player
Interest in and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies
Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, AI tools
