Role Summary
The Senior Designer is a versatile creative responsible for digital, video, print, and UX design across a variety of B2B projects, ensuring innovative and high-quality output while collaborating with teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Produce diverse B2B communication materials for print, digital assets, eDM campaigns (UX), and video
- Create visual content for various platforms including brochures and large-scale technical documents
- Perform basic motion graphics and video editing
- Understand and adhere to corporate design and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive design solutions
- Work closely with clients to integrate feedback into design iterations
- Commit to project timelines and maintain high standards of quality and creativity
- Work with Project Managers on work scoping and time estimation
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-7 years' experience as a Senior Integrated Designer
- Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a creative agency
- Excellent understanding of technical constraints and design requirements
- Outstanding design skills with in-depth knowledge of Adobe CS and After Effects
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of corporate brand guidelines
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, technical specifications, and art direction
- Team player with positive attitude and collaborative spirit
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines
- Adaptable and open to learning new skills
- Passionate about design and creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
- Strong communicator about project status and challenges
- Interested in and curious about AI and new technologies
- Understanding or willingness to learn AI tools and their benefits
