Role Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer leads design ideation and strategy for marketing campaigns, integrating AI tools and automation to drive creative efficiency. This role demands expertise in multi-channel design, art direction, brand standards, collaboration, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling 360 marketing campaigns for digital, social, and print platforms
  • Assess and leverage AI-powered design tools and automation to accelerate creative processes
  • Serve as the AI design lead with product, engineering, and technology teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence in designs across campaigns
  • Present design concepts and recommendations, leveraging performance and design best practices
  • Uphold strategic design objectives and proficiency in design principles
  • Collaborate with marketing team, content creators, agencies, and developers
  • Provide clear art direction and enforce brand standards with agency partners
  • Develop design elements enhancing customer journey and brand experience using data and insights
  • Manage design resources efficiently for timely project delivery
  • Identify and resolve project bottlenecks
  • Coordinate timelines and allocate resources based on priorities
  • Facilitate collaboration between design and other departments
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and share best practices
  • Help govern and evolve brand guidelines and style guide standards
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external teams
  • Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Monday.com for design and project management
  • Demonstrate company core values in all job duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • 5+ years relevant design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Creative portfolio required
  • Strong knowledge of design, content, voice, tone, and design systems
  • Expertise in design best practices for multi-channel brand marketing
  • Appreciation for AI to enhance creative processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
