Role Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer will support a major manufacturing client account, delivering high-quality visual communications across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling visual designs for marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital communications
- Develop branded collateral including brochures, fact sheets, property marketing materials, and signage
- Design content for digital platforms, websites, and social media channels
- Produce infographics, charts, and data visualizations for client reports and presentations
- Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines and JLL standards
- Maintain visual consistency across all communications
- Collaborate with account teams to understand brand positioning and messaging
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects with varying timelines and priorities
- Coordinate with account managers, marketing coordinators, printers, vendors, and production partners
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
- Participate in client meetings and creative briefings
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback
- Support account team with creative strategy and visual problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or commercial real estate
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with digital design, web graphics, and social media content creation
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients (preferred)
- Familiarity with commercial real estate marketing materials (preferred)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint template creation and advanced formatting (preferred)
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (preferred)
- Understanding of brand identity development and implementation (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
