Role Summary
Join a fast-growing Learning & Development business to create impactful crafted communications, smart ideas, and develop design best practices for both B2B and B2C audiences. Work across marketing, branded comms, motion graphics, campaign creation, social assets, identity, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects showcasing design, craft, and conceptual expertise
- Deliver digital and print-based design projects
- Explore and thrive in AI-first creativity, keeping up with new tech developments
- Analyze briefs and objectives, suggest and challenge for design integrity
- Develop responsive and modular design systems and current best practices
- Apply digital accessibility best practices
- Build clear rationales to accompany work
- Share know-how and best work across the network
- Connect people, visit on-site teams, and build creative community
- Assist in pitching and pressure projects
- Stay up-to-date with contemporary design thinking and trends
- Art direction and storyboarding
- Multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environment
- Lead in the development of creative and output
- Fluent in English
Qualifications
- Well-rounded understanding of contemporary graphic design
- Exceptional typography and illustration skills
- Strong conceptual skills and up-to-date knowledge of social/AI/digital standards
- Proactive, positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to articulate and present rationale for design work
- Strong attention to detail, able to work closely to guidelines
- Confident, articulate communicator with clients and colleagues
- Aptitude to learn new skills and software efficiently
- Organised, fast, and efficient ways of working
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate and curious about design and innovations
- 5+ years’ experience in design/advertising/marketing sectors
- High-level formal design education
- Experience in brand, social, and motion
