About the role

 
You will lead the design of digital client experiences across key journeys, helping transform how clients engage with our services online. This includes everything from early concepts and user flows through to high fidelity interface design and delivery support.

What you’ll do?
• Design end to end digital experiences across key client journeys such as enquiries, onboarding, client intake and self service
• Create clear user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes that translate CX and service design insights into practical digital solutions
• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile, ensuring visual and interaction consistency
• Establish and evolve a digital design system to support scalable and consistent product development
• Test and refine designs through usability testing, user feedback and behavioural data
• Work closely with CX, IT, Legal, Marketing and Operations teams to align on priorities and deliver practical, user centred solutions

What will you bring?
You are an experienced UX, UI or product designer with a strong track record designing digital products that balance usability, business goals and technical feasibility. You are comfortable moving between user research insights, journey design and detailed interface work, and you enjoy turning complex processes into simple and intuitive experiences. You bring strong visual design capability, including experience designing design systems and scalable UI patterns. You are confident working with cross functional teams across product, engineering and business stakeholders and can communicate design decisions clearly and influence outcomes. You are also comfortable operating as a senior or stand alone designer and enjoy the opportunity to help establish design practices and ways of working
