Senior Product Designer

Role Summary
The Senior Product Designer is responsible for driving the end-to-end design vision, leading major product initiatives, shaping design systems, and mentoring other designers to define engaging and intuitive user experiences across Eventbase’s product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a design vision and strategy aligned with product and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end design for major product initiatives across mobile and event management tools
- Mentor and elevate other designers, fostering creativity and user-centered thinking
- Champion design excellence and advocate for design’s value in product and business outcomes
- Present design concepts and strategic direction to leadership, teams, and clients
- Maintain high standards for accessibility, performance, and usability
- Evolve and expand the company design system across products and brands
- Lead or collaborate on user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years on mobile apps
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design across mobile and web applications
- Proven ability to lead design work from concept to delivery with measurable results
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience shaping and evolving design systems
- Knowledge of native iOS and Android design standards, accessibility, and performance
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams
- Experience mentoring and supporting design team growth
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
