Role Summary
The Senior Product Designer creates user-centred and visually appealing designs for digital banking products through user research, UI/UX design, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute user research and usability tests to understand customer needs and integrate feedback
- Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms
- Design and maintain consistent user interfaces aligned with the bank's brand and guidelines
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes for product concept visualisation and testing
- Ensure accessibility compliance to provide an inclusive user experience
- Monitor industry trends and design best practices to enhance digital banking products
- Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and drive operational effectiveness
- Lead a team or collaborative assignments, set objectives, and coach team members
- Consult on complex issues and mitigate risk through policy and procedure development
- Collaborate with other departments and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Communicate complex information effectively to varied audiences
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end design (from discovery to delivery)
- Strong complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Prototyping skills
