Charter Senior Living is seeking a talented and versatile Visual Content Designer (Graphic Designer) to support our growing portfolio of senior living communities nationwide.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and enjoys designing across digital, social, and print platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence while supporting both corporate and community-level marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Digital & Social Design
Design engaging creative for
Social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
Websites and landing pages
Email campaigns
Digital advertising
Create platform-optimized social graphics aligned with current trends
Support campaign concepting and visual storytelling
Print & Marketing Collateral
Develop brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and sales materials
Produce event and community marketing materials
Prepare press-ready files for print production
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Support community-level marketing needs nationwide
Maintain and enforce Charter brand standards
Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines
Qualifications
Required
Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience designing for social media platforms
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively
Preferred
Senior living or healthcare marketing experience
Knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics
Motion graphics or video editing experience
