Visual Designer

Role Summary

The Visual Designer will support Verloop's marketing and product teams by conceptualizing and creating visually compelling materials for marketing and UI projects. The role requires hands-on design execution, translating user requirements into appealing assets that reinforce the Verloop brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing to design materials such as website graphics, social media content, ads, email templates, and infographics
• Create engaging UI designs for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines
• Translate user requirements into attractive, usable designs
• Stay informed on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve output
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to meet business and user needs
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and interactive concepts for feedback
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to maintain quality
• Maintain and organize design files, assets, and documentation for efficient teamwork

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a visual designer focused on marketing and UI design
• Hands-on experience designing and working on websites with a strong grasp of web layout, UX, and modern standards
• Robust portfolio covering marketing collateral, UI designs, web/mobile apps, and branding (preferably in SaaS)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
• Creative conceptualization and innovative design skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills for teamwork
• Detail-oriented with ability to deliver quality work on time
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
