Role Summary
The Visual Designer, reporting to the Creative Director, will craft a wide range of marketing materials and implement design systems impacting both internal and external marketing interactions. This role will handle multiple projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with a small team.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and refine marketing materials for web, social, events, presentations, and collateral
- Implement and refine existing design standards
- Distill complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals
- Contribute thoughtfully to creative efforts with ideas and feedback
- Stay organized and communicate effectively with creative partners and stakeholders
- Trial new tools and services to improve quality and efficiency
- Support colleagues and pitch in as needed within a small team
- Evaluate deliverables and use learnings to improve future work
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of marketing design experience, ideally for SaaS or B2B business
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting work and design rationale
- Strong organizational skills for efficient teamwork
- Proficient in Adobe Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating design excellence
- Preferred: Experience marketing software or AI products
- Preferred: Experience with contact center, customer experience, or virtual agent software
- Preferred: Web or interactive design expertise
- Preferred: Relevant agency experience (advertising or brand development)
