Position Description:
If you’re a design student who loves blending strong fundamentals with real-world creative problem solving, this internship is for you. You’ll learn how to adapt design styles across diverse brands, audiences, and client objectives—while maintaining consistency across a full program campaign. Working alongside a multidisciplinary creative team, you’ll strengthen your skills in layout, typography, composition, and asset development. - Translate creative direction across multiple touchpoints, learning how to adjust style for different audiences while keeping a cohesive visual system.
- Assist with early-phase logo explorations and brand style development exercises, supporting internal concepts and event communication foundations.
- Help with resizing, formatting, proofing, and prepping files for delivery, building speed and accuracy with practical Adobe tool workflows.
- Participate in pin-ups, critiques, and feedback sessions, presenting work with rationale—and explore how AI tools can support concepting and visual exploration(plus optional exposure to motion graphics/video editing/digital design, depending on your interests).
Position Requirements:
- Entering senior year or recently graduated, majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, conceptual thinking and variety including print, digital and/or motion work—variety is a plus, not a requirement.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines but also exploring new ideas when appropriate.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Required: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
