You will:

Create visual communication concepts and design solutions;

Spend most of your time developing digital communication assets;

Collaborate and generate ideas with colleagues from social media, marketing, and
design teams;

Prepare sketches for advertising campaigns, participate in brainstorming sessions,
and search for the best design solutions;

Build and share your expertise with top design professionals.

Requirements:

Design-focused education;

3+ years of experience working with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other graphic design tools (experience in an agency is a strong advantage);

Good understanding of digital design trends and channels;

Attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and improve;

Creativity and a drive to seek visually distinctive design solutions;

Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
