Handle customer calls, emails, and online chat requests. Looking for friendly, enthusiastic person, who enjoys interacting with clients regarding their newsletter and printing needs.
Work with layout programs, including Quark Xpress and Adobe InDesign. Must be detail-oriented person with excellent typing skills. Looking for a perfectionist who can work accurately under tight deadlines. Must input client information in predesigned layouts. Design experience not required, but should have an eye for what looks good.
Proofread with a high level of accuracy. Must have an outstanding command of the English language and an ability to spot errors quickly.
Process orders for printing. Must have a good eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills. Must ensure that we meet client’s requirements for each newsletter and printing job.

Hourly full-time in-person position. Casual work environment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
