What is an about us page?
An about us page explains who runs a company, what it does and what it stands for. People open it to check that a business is real before they buy, apply or get in touch. That makes it one of the pages where trust is won or lost, and it is often among the most visited pages on a site.
What should an about us page include?
A short statement of what the company does and for whom. The story of how it started, told with dates and names. The people, with real photos and roles. Proof, such as customer numbers, years in business or press coverage. And a next step: a contact link, open roles or a way to try the product.
How do you write a good about us page?
Write about the problem the customer has as much as about the company. Use plain first-person language and specific facts in place of adjectives. "Founded in 2019, 14 people, 3,000 customers" says more than "a passionate team of innovators".
Where do these about us examples come from?
Most are about page designs published on Dribbble and Layers, with pages from live sites collected by Land-book. Muzli follows more than 200 design sources and lists up to 60 matching pieces here, favouring recent work.
